Box Office Update: ‘Sa ‘Yo Lamang’ P43.75M in 3 Weeks, ‘Mamarazzi’ P21.27M in 4 Weeks
The family drama “Sa ‘Yo Lamang” from Star Cinema has grossed P43.75 million in three weeks.
Topping the local box-office for the weekend period of September 15 to 19 was “Resident Evil: Afterlife” with two-weeks gross of P58.20 million. It hit the no. 1 spot on its second week run while it only placed 2nd last week on its debut which is a rare happening in the box office race.
Last week’s no. 1, Despicable Me, dropped to 2nd with a 3-weeks total of P86.04 million.
In our latest update for the Top-grossing Pinoy Films for 2010 so far, Sa ‘Yo Lamang climbed to 9th place with its current gross of P43.75 million nudging I’ll Be There, another Star Cinema film, down to no. 10.
In Your Eyes is still at no. 7 with a current gross of over P62 million while Mamarazzi is unmoved at no. 12 with a current gross of 21.27 million.

‘Sa ‘Yo Lamang’ Earns P36.38 M in 2 Weeks
The family drama “Sa ‘Yo Lamang” from Star Cinema grossed P36.38 million on its second week run.
Topping the local box-office for the weekend period of September 8 to 12 was the animated feature “Despicable Me” with two-weeks gross of P73.65 million. It’s also the no.1 movie in the Philippines for the second week in a row.
Placing second debuting movie Resident Evil: Afterlife which had an opening 5 days gross of P29.27 million.
In our latest update for the Top-grossing Pinoy Films for 2010 so far, In Your Eyes occupied the no. 7 slot at the expense of Cinco which dropped to bo. 8. Sa ‘Yo Lamang, on the other hand, entered the Top 10 (#10) at the expense of Working Girls which dropped to no. 11.
